Since moving to the area, one thing Ihave noticed about Union County land: it's hard to find for sale.  Seriously, it is really hard to find a nice chunk of land to buy for a new homesite, farming or pasture land.  People just don't sell their land!  However, every once in a while, a really nice piece of land comes up for sale.  One that has endless possibilities:  homesite, hunting property, recreational land, park, camp ground, etc.  So, what does one do when this little gem pops up?  Well, CALL ME!!
