I'am interested in how much they are asking. Also Is there enough room inside for a fryer and racks to sell pastries?

Josh-

They are asking $75,000 for the business.  There is not a lot of room inside for additional equipment.  They  currently offer muffins, bagels, and lunch items. They have considered offering a high-end Italian ice cream which would be a great fit with the upscale theme.  There is a lot of potential for multiple locations with this business.  The strip on 41 going into Evansville would be an ideal second location.  The downtown location caters to the business and travelers going through Henderson, while a second location would catch anyone going to Evansville that doesn't typically travel down Green Street.  I'd love to send you some more information on the property.  I can be reached at Kathy@KathyJackson.net or 270-844-2607.
